1. Shipping Policy

At Babymamamia, we know that when it comes to your baby, every day counts. We strive to process and ship your essentials as quickly as possible.

Processing Times:

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Personalized Items: (Engraved toys, monogrammed blankets, or custom bundles) require 5-7 business days for craftsmanship before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: (3-5 business days) Free on all U.S. orders over $75.

  • Priority Shipping: (1-2 business days) Calculated at checkout based on location.

  • International: Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. International rates and duties are calculated at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Babymamamia purchase. If something isn't right, we are here to help.

Return Window:

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items from the date of delivery.

Hygiene & Safety Restrictions:

Due to the health and safety nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Maternity/Postpartum Gear: Heavy-duty pads, peri bottles, nursing pads, creams, and intimate apparel (bras/underwear).

  • Personal Care: Organic toiletries and skincare with a broken seal.

  • Feeding Systems: Any items that have come into contact with breast milk or formula.

  • Personalized Items: All custom-engraved or monogrammed items are final sale.

Condition of Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., a smart monitor with a technical defect), contact us immediately at Info@babymamamia.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@babymamamia.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
